Distribution
Mears Broadband works closely with the top distribution companies, having established long-term strategic that ensure we have a constant supply of materials for our customers in the quantities and locations we need them. By building and sustaining these partnerships over time, we let our distributors know that we are committed to them for resources and our estimates of required materials allow them to negotiate with OEMs for the best value.
Engineering Firms
To be effective and efficient in the bid process, potential bidders will want to have a seamless end-to-end process determined prior to bid. From high-level design, to materials, to buildable plan and then to deployment, all parties need to work in concert. As fiber broadband projects continue to expand throughout the country, Mears Broadband understands that we are moving to a new paradigm in the industry, one in which we need to continue to build our core of well-regarded and multi-faceted engineering firms as core subcontractors to serve the needs of customers seeking to utilize federal funding. If you are an engineering firm looking to build a relationship with one of the fastest growing construction contractors in the U.S., reach out to us.
Subcontractors
Whenever possible, Mears Broadband prefers to hire and work with local contractors. The advantage for us is that local firms know the terrain and systems in place in their area of operations and are available after the build to do any add-on work. The advantage for our contractors is that Mears Broadband is able to supply a smooth continuity of work for their employees and has the financial capacity to ensure ongoing support for the project even when reimbursement is progress based.
